It just me today, Annie again.

It's been a while since I upload regularly life has taken another turn.. after being crucially honest with myself.

This episode is dedicated to girls who are wounded by their fathers, or maybe not, just wounded in general.

Sometimes we don't know we're hurt until we're hurt.

I used to be that girl who threw myself everywhere, anywhere. I had absolutely no self worth and integrity.

I'd bail friends for "work". Play mind games with men. Manipulate myself to believe I'm doing alright, just to end up in a hospital the next day.

Used to think that's cool, but how bad of a mental state do I have to be in.. to tell my own self lies that easily?

It takes courage to admit something's wrong, and to actually look and investigate what's wrong.

In this episode, we look at the correlation between Daddy Issues and Achiever women (used to be me!).
