On this episode my guest is Nick Locandro. Nick is the Team Manager of Team Subaru Giant Racing Team, participating in Australia's premier cycling competition the National Road Series.

Nick shares his journey transitioning from a stint in the WAFL to trying his hand in competition cycling with the team he now manages. Much of Nicks competitive career came to a standstill when his Father was diagnosed with early onset dementia.

Nick discusses his cycling experiences and his tremendous advocacy work with non for profit organisations, in a bid to raise awareness of Dementia in Australia.
