1.      Get enough protein every meal to avoid the hormone roller-coaster ride throughout the day.

2.      Prioritising your sleep, sitting in low light to wind down before sleep.

3.      Eat the rainbow - as an pre-biotic food enhancer, blend raw veggies and add a teaspoon to a smoothie.

 

Family Ritual

Sitting on the couch and massaging each other while you connect and download your day.
