Sandy Gibson, Professor at The College of New Jersey in the Social Work Department, is a fierce leader. Fierce toward healing, supporting and the care of those affected deeply by trauma, as well as primarily now teaching those who will do these things upon graduation. Fiercely taking action to change policy locally and nationally regarding Harm Reduction for trauma affected individuals, and making great strides there. Creating community around herself of fierce women. Yet, also kind, very thoughtful, always celebrating others and encouraging all around her.
