I get to talk with Mike Conn who is the Lead Pastor at Impact580.Church. Mike is also the creator and director of Sold Out Leadership Labs which focuses on helping children and students develop skills to navigate the social/emotional issues they face day in and day out. The backdrop to Mike’s mission with this project is: EVERYONE has the right to feel valued and respected, and everyone has the responsibility to value and respect every one.
