Who hasn't participated in people pleasing?  But have you ever looked at why you people please and what your reward is for doing that behavior?  One thing I have witness in my own life in regards to people pleasing is there is a short term fleeting happy moment followed by my light dimming, which is a long term consequence.  This episodes talks about what people pleasing does and takes a closer look at self integrity.
