Hey Hey! Welcome back to the Cafe! We are back with another episode, so feel free to sit at our table, listen to the conversation, and grab your drink. Nod your head if you agree. Shake your head if you don’t. But most importantly, continue to come back for more fun, serious, and explosive conversations.
Today’s Menu: The Insecure Effect
On this episode, the host Sean (@bassaxoharp) is at the Cafe having a drink 🥃 with Cristhian (@cristhiannmp) and we are chatting about HBO’s Insecure.
The show has so many triggers concerning relationships (interpersonal and professional) and the concept of insecurities period. But, the main thrust of our conversation is about cheating. Is the blow easier when it is planned or mistaken (i.e. the alcohol made us do it)? Are there double standards regarding the role of a male and female in the relationship? Does not having stable employment give the other partner the right to cheat?!?
