More and more females are being diagnosed with endometriosis, a disease which affects roughly 10% of reproductive age women and girls globally. It's often known as the "missed disease" due to its unknown cause and inconsistent diagnosis and management. Endometriosis can be extremely painful -- even leading to infertility -- which is why it's more important than ever that women are educated about this disease.

In this episode, Nicole chats with endometriosis patient, advocate, and award-winning public speaker Meghan Rothschild about her story. She offers up some powerful advice on what women may not know about it, and how they can become their best advocate when it comes to early diagnosis and effective treatment.
