This episode is about finding your own truth. "What is true?", "What is THE truth?" - these are big questions. I personally believe that there is not the one and only truth in life. I believe that we are all creators of our own truth and our reality. We were shaped and wrapped into beliefs, which we define as the truth. We are influenced by our culture, religion, family, friends and so much more - basically by everything that surrounds us. We often try to correct others by considering their views as wrong. This creates a lot of friction between us all. Why don't we instead try to find out what is right for us individually? Why don't we instead try to listen to others with curiosity and try to understand them?
