Phil Street has a career spanning 30 years within hospitality covering the Hotel, Cruise lines and Contract Catering sectors and remains as passionate as ever about promoting hospitality as a wonderful career. 

He is now the Founder of 3 businesses all operating in and around the world of Hospitality: Momentum Hospitality Recruitment, a boutique recruitment company sourcing talent into senior positions globally, The Curriculum Vitae, a careers coaching and mentoring business and “Hospitality Meets…” an award-winning Podcast taking a light-hearted look into the stories and journeys of people within the industry. 

Phil also hosts and produces the “I’m In” podcast for the Institute of Hospitality, with each episode discussing a key topic for the industry with guests coming from within the IOH membership.

On the back of two health diagnoses at age 39 that rocked him to his core, Phil is now a passionate pursuer and learner of the power of the mind, in overcoming adversity and believes that everything that you could ever wish for, is on the other side of that inevitable challenge, and that you can have an awful lot of fun figuring out what you are capable of along the way.
