This morning Ben Rogers spoke from Matthew 5:1-12. Starting our journey through the sermon on the mount, Ben spoke on how The Beatitudes make clear that we are blessed when difficult things happen to us - and blessed when we live out God’s kingdom values.

Jo Watling then led the time of prayer, praying for:

• Those mourning the loss of people or things

• Those feeling “poor in spirit”

• “Peacemakers” to bridge divides in our communities and politics
