In this podcast, we chat about Danielle's personal journey through disordered eating,  and distorted body image, how she maintains her mental health while running 100-mile races and doing life on her terms. 

Danielle is an avid ultra-marathoner who is constantly reminded of the importance of mental training in addition to physical training. Athletes pour money into enhancing their physical strength and ignore their well-being (low mood, anxiety, and depressive symptoms). Danielle specializes in helping athletes avoid the pitfalls of negative self-talk, so that they can achieve more balance in all parts of their lives. Using her four core principles, she guides her clients along their paths to physical and mental well-being, helping athletes reach their potential. Danielle is a Certified Running Coach and a licensed clinical social worker with extensive additional training.
