Living in the Pacific Northwest, we hear plenty of unsettling stories about serial killers. Many target women, such as prostitutes or the elderly, while others prey on people struggling with drug addiction. It’s rare, however, to encounter someone as vile as Dodd—a child molester who became a serial killer. Law enforcement didn’t have to work hard to find him; he’d been caught molesting children multiple times, only to be released back into society with little to no jail time.

Today, we’re taking a look at this depraved child killer with our neighbor, Brian Wise, whose father played a role in ending the life of Westley Allen Dodd and putting an end to his reign of terror.
