Plant City MLK Festival is a 4-day cultural event held in Plant City during the month of January that features a Saturday Parade, Battle of the Bands, Expo with vendors, live music, and Sunday Leadership Breakfast. Timed to coincide with the national holiday commemorating the life of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the Festival provides an all-inclusive setting in which citizens of every ethnic background can experience and celebrate the contributions of African Americans as the Heart and Soul of Plant City.

The Viva Tampa Bay Festival returns on Sunday, January 18th for its 10 Year Anniversary, celebrating a decade of Latin music, culture, and community in the heart of downtown Tampa. This milestone edition will be our biggest celebration yet, bringing together live entertainment, cultural experiences, food, art, and family-friendly fun for all ages.

Headlining this special anniversary is salsa legend Tito Nieves, performing live under the stars with the voice and energy that made him an icon of tropical music. We are also proud to welcome Puerto Rico’s #1 Tropical Artist, Luis Figueroa, bringing his powerful vocals and chart-topping hits to Tampa for an unforgettable performance.
