A lot of women think that they want to be the weight they were in high school. Or they have some other random number they think they should be. But holding that number as the most important thing can really mess up how you approach your meals.

I want to help you define what actually IS important to you when it comes to food and your body. I hold the belief that YOU were put on this planet for more than to be obsessed with your body and with food. You were put here to create something amazing and help others, and you can only do that if your time and energy is spent on creating that thing. Not being obsessed with food.

Yes, you need to eat healthy to energize yourself, but no, you don't have to be obsessed with food to be healthy.
