In this episode, Josh and Tara talk about their family's legacy project, 405 Broadway in downtown Nashville. Hailing from Chicago, IL, Josh started visiting Nashville in 2004 for work in real estate. Of course, Nashville wasn't anything like it is today, but Josh had a great feeling about the city and where it was going economically and culturally. From that point on, Josh and the family frequented Nashville and eventually purchased a home in 2019.
