Hi friends, it’s been a couple weeks since the end of Indoor & Arena football season and we’re back and ready to hit the ground running in the offseason!

Arena Football One (AF1) was unveiled since the last episode, so we dive into that announcement and what it means moving forward. The apprehension is understandable for some and, but we have reason to be cautiously optimistic.

Then we get the first interview with the owner of one the newest AF1 expansion franchises that was announced this week in Wilkes Barre — Matt Rowland! We talk about Matt’s career in boxing promotion and how that can translate well to Arena football, talk about building an expansion team and what the timeline looks like for that, and we touch on the fan vote contest that will decide the team’s name. I pitched a few ideas we got on X/Twitter, don’t be surprised if one of them is the winner!!
