Hello good people, this week I am back with an update on the wreck that is my fantasy team. I think ESPN is out to get me....  I also rant a bit on PC and cancel culture before I discuss the real topic this week and that addressing suicide.

Life is a rough place sometimes and when it beats us down it does it with a vengeance. But it's important in those dark times to remember how much power YOU have. It all starts with you, happiness, peace, growth. And no matter where you are in life or how alone you feel there is always someone out here to hear you out, we're not alone.
