There's no good time to have a panic attack but if you've ever experienced one whilst you're driving you will know that it is a very scary and un-safe situation to be in and it's not always possible to just pull over your car to deal with it.
The first time I panicked whilst driving my kids were in the car. It was terrifying and actually stopped me from getting behind the wheel again for a while in fear of it happening again.
In this episode, I am going to share with you 4 super easy and safe tips that you can use to stop or shorten the life of your panic attack when you're driving your car and can't safely find a space to pull over (that is always advice number one).
