Hi all. Given what’s going on around the world right now I wanted to deviate from our regularly scheduled format to give you a few quick episodes to help you get through this time with a little more ease and extra tools in your toolkit. This first, super quick, solo episode is one that I wanted to record right away since a lot of people are being asked to work from home now due to the Coronavirus.  And while we all may be stressed for different reasons, working from home doesn’t have to be one of them. This episode is short and sweet and has mental, physical and technological tips to make this transition easier for everyone. And remember.. This too shall pass. Heads up, heels on, ever going boldly. We prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. We also provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to our clients, families, care providers and other service organizations.
