She currently works as a Senior Quality Specialist at Axogen and gives us the ins and outs of ensuring quality in the work place. She also gives us valuable advice on how to approach critiquing a colleague’s work and asking for updates without being offensive or confrontational. Outside of work, Aisha enjoys hiking and reading.
