Autumn is proof that letting go can be beautiful.  

Coming to you live from mother nature on a hike with soul thoughts were I share with you the beauty of letting go, going with the flow instead of fighting against the current.  


When we go against the flow, we meet against resistance.  Certain things just keep happening and you're just like - why does this keep happening? 

If we keep meeting against resistance, where something just isn't working, if something isn't working, you can ask yourself this : 

• how can I see it differently?  
• How can I shift?  
• Or how can I let it GO??

I also share with you how to stop negative thought patterns and something that came up for me in a big week this past week too!
