Holly talks about the day she received the word about her son, Senior Airman Daniel Johnson, who was Kill In Action on October 5, 2010 during Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. Her son Daniel was a U.S. Air Force EOD bomb Technician and was one of the many that made the ultimate sacrifice and did not return home from the war in Afghanistan. Now she is committed to helping other Gold Star families and spreading her sons story to honor and remember him.
