In this week’s podcast, Austin shares the impacts of how often he has said yes over the last year. In 2022, Austin has taken on a heap of responsibility, running his own business, coaching 8 other businesses at the same time, being new to the roofing industry etc. And during this time he has realized that he has clear preferences for certain tasks, especially when they’re in his strengths. However, his default to say yes to offers from others has resulted in him feeling stuck in situations where he just hadn’t thought out the nuisances that he would run into.
