Pi Day celebrates the wonders of circles, numbers, and discovery. On March 14, join us for hands-on fun where Pi isn’t just a number – it’s an experience. This family-friendly event is FREE for MOSI members or included in general admission for the day.
First, explore engaging activity stations located throughout the museum. Each station highlights patterns, measurement, and problem-solving. Next, take part in a collaborative Paint-by-Numbers mural that grows throughout the day. Meanwhile, live demos bring big ideas to life and keep the energy high.
In addition, enjoy special themed star tours in the Saunders Planetarium! These immersive shows connect math to space, innovation, and exploration.

Whether you’re a pickle purist or love adventurous flavors, there’s something here to satisfy every craving.
As an added bonus, Picklefest takes place the same day as Tampa’s beloved River O' Green celebration — making it the perfect stop before or after enjoying the festive waterfront fun. Spend the day soaking in the lively atmosphere, grabbing your favorite pickle treats, and celebrating all things green along the river.
Dance Now Multicultural Dance Festival
