Do you feel satisfied by your life and with how you spend your time? Do you lean on food and alcohol as your main source of pleasure and satisfaction? 


The pleasure gap is the distance between the pleasure you feel in your life and the pleasure you want to feel. And when we use food and alcohol and things that give us instant gratification to fill our pleasure gap, we generally widen the gap because they come with negative downstream consequences. 


This episode encourages you to acknowledge and understand your pleasure gap, and think about ways to decrease it that truly delight you and make you feel alive.
