Mini-Energy Update: The theme for March: “Boundaries and Balance." To support Boundaries and Balance, this month will require focus, perseverance, and discipline. The turbulence of the firey energies for March has certainly stirred things up and there is a need now to reground and get a better footing on life, relationships, health, self-care, projects and clarity on personal intentions. Sifting through the bits of any emotional experiences left to process as well as all the opportunities available for change and transformation can at times be overwhelming for the Human – that is where the need for healthy boundaries and discernment, discipline and focus.
