We discuss his beginnings and what got him into technology, where he see's the industry now, his thoughts on TDD and development as a whole. Viktor also shares his thoughts on leadership and how far certain leaders can take you when companies move from small to medium to large organisations. We also have a chat about his book collection which he has authored and his writing process.
