Today’s episode comes with a trigger warning. We will be discussing
abortion and sexual abuse. This is one of those episodes which I believe shouldn’t be such an area of contention and dissent within the church but unfortunately is.
It’s a timely episode considering The United States of America recently celebrated the anniversary of the overturning of Roe vs Wade which is something many of us in South Africa had something to say about as well.
Today I’ll be talking about abortion in South Africa specifically, its history, where we are today, I’ll go into some stats and facts, some topical related stories lately, and I’ll lay a case for why I strongly believe this practice is not something Christians should support or engage in.
