Since I have been out of the Army, I haven't had many interviews I was successful in. Last summer I had 3 interviews, all face to face and 1 via video. Neither job selected me. I started to wonder why this was happening. About 2 weeks ago I purchased 2 books titled: Perfect Phrase for the Perfect Interview and Get That Job. Both are good reads and both have helpful tips for interviewing.
