In this week's episode, we took a trip over to Winston Salem to check out Wiseman Brewing. We got to chat with Sam Victory their brew master who gave us some history on the building and brewery as well as a rundown on their brewing process. Being consistent is the name of the game when doing distribution to make sure your beers stay the same each time and he showed us the type of systems they have in place to make sure their flagship beers like Body Electric and Mountain Calling are always delicious.
