Part 2 of 2.
In this episode we get to understand intimately some of the challenges Tebello has faced in becoming the woman that she is today. We delve into some of her hardships such as falling pregnant while ‘young’; being discriminated against at one of the top legal firms in South Africa; life plans not going according to our wishes; not being paid enough and; often being overlooked for roles. We also discuss some of the set backs black people have to incur in the legal work space due to exclusion across a number of disciplines.
