Lynley is a musician, writer, women's circles facilitator and ceremonialist. She is the Mama of two beautiful sons whom she is currently unschooling, alongside her husband.

We talk about the transition from her 'previous life' as a drum player in a rock band (for over 15years)...into motherhood and how this changed and shaped her life and led to where she is now.

Lynley shares how she overcame a traumatic birth with her first son which led to PTSD. She openly shares about the people, tools and resources she discovered to help her navigate the challenges she faced.
