In this interview episode, Ashley interviews Caleigh Sarah Takayama, friend, cystic fibrosis advocate and CF warrior, herself.  They talk about the journey of living with cystic fibrosis, hardships they each have had to overcome, and lessons along the way.  They also discuss the topic of letting others in to have a support system and learning to the importance of communication.
