Wouldn't it be great if we were happy in every area of our lives all the time?  We know this isn't practical and perhaps even beneficial that we're not.  In this episode I explore the idea of happiness and how it relates to circumstances in our lives.  Is happiness an emotion we should expect at all times? I'll discuss why or why not.
