For many of us who own mares we know that the natural occurrences of heat cycles can be disruptive for both them, and us. Today I present a very raw and unscripted conversation about how we have implemented a few natural resources to help our mare over-come, and self regulate the uncomfortable side of her normal hormonal cycle. This is an extension of the blog post I wrote on the same subject that can be found my website.
