The untimely death of Kobe Bryant made the world pause for a moment and remember that death is no respecter of persons. In episode 2, the Blunt Brothers discuss not only the loss of Kobe's life but also the death of his 13-year-old daughter Gianna Bryant among 7 other people in Sunday's helicopter crash.
In an era where people rush to be the first to report on these kinds of tragedies, there are a lot of details that are left out or not reported correctly, which can lead to even more hurt because of the misinformation. However, there are also people that speak on these situations not out of respect for the families mourning, but to capitalize on their misfortune.
The brothers address Dr. Umar Johnson who sought to paint Kobe's death out to be a conspiracy theory. They also address the MSNBC report who stated she made a mistake when referring to Kobe Bryant, but they focus mainly on honoring Kobe as a Husband, a Father and an Icon who impacted the lives of so many people while he was alive. The Mamba Mentality is about ceasing every moment we are given to execute with all that we have in order to dominate and we can truly say that Kobe lived up to this until his very last moments.
