Rumi has said this, " Soemtimes, I forget completely what companionship is. Unconscious and insane, I spill sad energy everywhere. This happens to me, too. At times, I forget that what I represent is useful at a time like this. Love. Mercy. Grace. Depth. Softness. Femininity. Adab.
When this happens, I either go toward seclusion or toward, as Rumi would say, "A heart that is glad". This time I did the latter. I called on my beloved friend, Muhammad.
It's so essential for me to have companions on The Path that also carry a Divine Sweetness in their heart. This is Muhammad. A soft place, a place to come as I am. This is a form of religion: friendship, coming as we are. I thank God for friends. If you need reassurance that Love does have a place in a time such as this, remember our Prophets (and their companions). Remember our Revolutionaries. Remember the mercy of your mother's womb. Here in the earth womb, some of us continue to represent the Mercy of God. There will always be a place for us. U could also listen to this conversation.
May your heart find peace. As you are. Ps. I forgot to tell y’all muhammad is a superb artist. check out his work @wearefreetown even more important the way muhammad is with words, or how they are with him, make the heart aware. The eyes water. The ears smile. A true gift. @anyanwuchild.
