This was Cara Wright’s reality - she was a birth doula and prenatal yoga teacher dealing with infertility. I invited my friend Cara to this podcast to have a refreshingly honest conversation about infertility and the toll it took on her marriage and career, as well as her subsequent health battles. In the process, she shares pearls of wisdom around finding your way through situations out of your control, and learning to understand what is actually true for you.
