This is my first formal episode and I’m so excited and nervous to share it with you all! It’s a random musing on what I think it actually means to love ourselves.

Ep 2: Our Perception of the Self

‘Right in the Feelz’ is a podcast for anyone who’s figuring out their emotions. It’s a candid documentation of my experiences. Emotions can be messy and we’ve all been knee deep in trouble navigating through them! This podcast is my attempt to normalise some of the things I’ve experienced. At the time, it felt like I was the only person to have ever been that low and broken. That’s no where in the vicinity of the truth! While the experiences are unique and personal, the core emotion itself is not. I guess what I truly want to reassure every listener is that they aren’t alone!
