-devote 10 pages a day or 1-2 chapters a day

-for things to change you have to change

-change begins with your mindset

-develop your mind

-feed your mind

-be aware of what you consume

-audio books to turn your car into a mobile library or listen in the shower and while you get ready for work or any event or while you workout or while you got for a run

-does reading it make it sink in more for you?

-talk to someone about what your reading. Almost like a book report or just to make sure your digesting what you’re reading tell someone about what you read

-implement into your life

-keep a journal or notes on your phone of what you read so you can apply it to your everyday life

-start a book club

-honestly….if it’s a fictional book I DON'T WANT IT LOL that’s just where I’m at in life right now. I want to focus on making myself better. Working on my traumas. Working on things that trigger me so I don’t carry that into current and new friendships and relationships and family bonds and professional/career bonds

-focusing on fitness is mental. It starts in the mind. Temptation is in the mind. Discipline is in the mind first.

-YOU HAVE TO FEED YOUR MIND

-before I got into personal development books I was reckless. Said what I wanted, when I wanted. No filter. Arguments with everyone. Just crazy and didn’t really care about what that was doing to people around me.

-once I started to implement what I was reading my relationships changed

-my environment changed

-and my circumstances changed. I of course began to separate myself from things and people that didn’t serve me and didn’t contribute to where I was going

-and my surroundings started to elevate. Offer territory started to come to me. How I saw life and the world changed. My perspective changed.

-I started to focus on positive things more instead of the negative.

-WHO YOU HAVE AROUND YOU IS IMPORTANT

-even now IM STILL LEARNING!!!

-learning to take my ego out of things

-learning to let old patterns DIE by responding differently

-communicate more. Speak up more and effectively and intentionally While expressing how things make me feel but also providing a solution or change in how the situation can be made better

-controlling my own thoughts which control my feeling and emotions. We have control over that. Stopping negative thoughts and not letting my mind spiral
