Responsibility is the Ability to Respond to what people, situations, and life are throwing at us. At its heart, Responsibility IS Empowerment. It’s taking ownership of everything that is going on inside of us. It’s knowing that we can do something with all that’s happening outside of us. And the essential requirement is Participation. When we are participating with 100% responsibility and ownership, we are empowered to live out of openness, curiosity, creativity, spaciousness, abundance, compassion, clarity, grounded confidence, and a deeper wisdom. And everybody ends up having enough of everything.
