Episode 2's guest is Chef Stacy Cogswell. She was a contestant on Top Chef Season 12: Boston, is the head chef at Foode (a downtown Fredericksburg restaurant which specializes in locally sourced ingredients and amazing tasting food), a native of Boston, and a food story teller. We talk about Stacy’s creative process when creating a dish, what its like to be a super taster, her time on Top Chef, and the differences between Boston and Fredericksburg’s creative community. She has changed the way I taste, eat, and experience food through her flavorful storytelling and constant desire to create remarkable dishes.
