Frist cap off the rank is the incredible Taneille Crase. 

Taneille is a three time national champion in the Heptathlon and was fifth in last years Commonwealth games in Birmingham.  

Tanieile´s story is one I think can resonat with so many peoplke.  From nearly gibing up on the sport, being plauged with injuries and even quitting her job to go all in on the pursuit of her best, it is inspiring to listen to.  

Tanieile now waits on points and rankings to find out if she´ll compete at the World Championships in August whilst also juggling two part time jobs and also a hamstring injury after a weekend of competition.
