David Parker Ray, known as the "Toy Box Killer," who committed kidnapping, torture, and sexual assault in New Mexico with several accomplices. While Ray was never convicted of murder due to a lack of bodies and definitive evidence, he and his accomplices are suspected of killing up to 60 women in his soundproof trailer.
