Forget the inner conversations for now, what are the outward conversations we are having? What ideas do we discuss in our circles? Do we discuss and share ideas or do we compare and discuss people? I suggest we stop discussing people and start discussing ideas

Jim Rohn once said, for things to change we must change. We know as Africans we have an issue with our thinking. For the continent of Africa to transform, we must change our thinking. Old thinking cannot create new solutions therefore on this show we will discuss some of our self destructive and self limiting beliefs. The time for change is now, if we fail to act, our decendants will be doomed to repeat our mistakes.
