Resurrecting the Indigenous 's Podcast

Ep 2 | Workshopping local wounds

Listen Later

In this episode, we workshop through four particular wounds that people in our Aotearoa orbit have written in about. Given peoples responses, these are wounds we are sharing in and collectively trying to feel/escape/learn from:

1. I’m struggling to detach from my desire for toxic sex and I’m struggling to desire stable and safe relationships.

2. A connection has ended in ghosting and I’m sad and finding the lack of closure hard to move forward.

3. I keep experiencing abandonment when I exhibit vulnerability and ask for help in my relationships.

4. I’m finding it hard to feel safe to be honest. I want to keep the peace but saying nothing no longer aligns with my values.

May wounds be the place we find connection with others, accountability towards ourselves, and transformation moments/access points to the next stunnux things we are in calling in.
