Randy Doaty was 15 when his dad walked away from the family.  Through years of serving as a firefighter, EMS, and in Police work, processing grief and walking through it became a part of Randys life.  Him and his wife Cindy have been leading a ministry called GriefShare for over 15 years and in this episode he shares his heart and some of his life story.  Enjoy!
