This episode discusses our understanding of leadership concepts through the lens of three different analogies/metaphors that can help paint a picture of what we need to do while implementing leadership principles; the chef, the orchestra conductor, and the mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter.  My hope is that through this episode, I can help build a mental picture that will help explain why the correct application of leadership principles is so vitally important.
