The time was 1972. The place, New York. Life seemed to be as ordinary as it gets for the neighborhood of Harlem. Children played in the streets and people just living their every day lives until a string of brutal murders against local children started happening. With a neighborhood gripped in fear, police are desperate to find who is responsible before any more children are murdered. Known by children and then by the media as Charlie Chop-Off, his grotesque style of murder has anger, fear, and tension building throughout the area. Fingers do get pointed at a few different suspects, but without solid evidence, much of what is known of the attacker is either vague or speculation and that leaves police no closer to closing the case on Charlie Chop-Off.
